Worst burgers I’ve had in a long time. Placed a large group order. Out of 8 burgers 5 were way under cooked. Bacon burgers were missing bacon and everything was missing ketchup. Attempted to call the restaurant to resolve. When finally called back I was orginally hung up on. When they called back I was told I would get a full refund if the 1 star review was removed. Fortunately for me I got refunded by the credit card company and Ace Burgers now has 2 bad reviews from the group. Bribery for a good rating never turns out good... read more

I do not recommend this restaurant, they are rude to customers, even to elderly veterans wearing campaign ballcaps! On the day I wrote this review they had a 3 star rating, and you have to work really hard in Colorado Springs to get a rating that low! If you are a mobile food delivery service contractor, do yourself a favor and stay away from this place or you will be waiting for a very long time for your order. It isn't that they are busy, they are just inept!
