Booked appointment with Brian on Friday for noon. He texted asking to move it to 3pm. Waited there for over an hr. Had to leave. He texted later that night asking me to come in next day at noon Sat. Texted him I was on my way Sat. Waited another 40 min Sat. No answer to my text. Very unprofessional. Made appointment w Platinum cuts in WDM
Had an appointment with Brian at 4 he didn’t show up to the shop until 4:30 and I was getting my hair cut by a different barber and he still CHARGED ME A CANCELLATION FEE when he was late. Horrible business
Brian or Bino was my Barber I initially wanted Darrell but he was full. He absolutely messed my hair up, he pushed my line all the way back. Don’t waste your time with this place go find somebody that’s decent enough to cut hair. Nobody seems to know what they’re even doing.
