Lily is rude and unprofessional . I've been using this company for a couple of years and recommended to friends and family as well, after the experience that I've had today, I highly regret it. Teach your staff to talk to others with respect and let them know hanging up on your customers is unacceptable.

Yasmeen and her staff are truly good people and they have huge hearts. Yes their jobs are really tough but at least they treat others with compassion and understanding. They understand that people are human and they make mistakes but it doesn't mean that they can't change for the better just by being shown a bit of understanding and given the opportunity to change.
