I had a great experience with this plumber. I called at 7:30pm, and he showed up by 8pm. Our tub had clogged, and we'd poured a bottle of drano down it, with no result, so we had a tub full of water and drano. Called him, was over fast, easily handled our problem, and was a true professional.

The technician is amazing!! I called super early on a Saturday and he immediately identified my problem as I described. He said I had caught the problem early - too early, in fact, for him to do anything. He said instead of spending money with him, I could take care of the problem myself since it was so early. He gave me very specific instructions, was specific with products and brands, and even gave me his cell should I have any other questions. And to boot, he is So nice!! We had a great chat!
