Beautiful apartments with a very peaceful environment. I'm moving out after 3 years because I just graduated law school and heading back home to Chicago. The amenities are plentiful and very clean. The management (especially Jessica) were always super helpful and quick to respond. A great quit community with a very friendly vibe. I highly recommend Acero West Salem for anyone looking for a great apartment with great service/amenities!!

Toured a 2x1 Bathroom counter space is a 1 star - 2 sinks take up too much storage. Unfortunately this apartment did not smell good or neutral, vinyl flooring was uneven. Nice clubhouse. Lots of cars.

While it may look nice from the outside, living here is a completely different experience. Once you move in, management does not care about residents at all. Issues brought to them are disregarded, delayed, or ignored entirely. For example, there was a water leak near my building along the perimeter of the property. Management was notified but failed to act quickly to fix it. Instead, residents were charged for the excessive water usage — resulting in a bill nearly three times the normal amount. Acero Apartments are a gross example of corporate deception that will sell you a vision of warmth, care, and community but in reality, this complex does not care about you. They have staff that are untrained, they have Managment that communicate poorly and easily brushed off concerns, and they have no care to be transparent of cost, charges, and fees associated with your lease. Do not move into unit 1099 unless you want noise after 11pm broke my lease early to move from this place and they had the audacity to charge me after they broke it first from peaceful environment on contract called the cops security and management and never fixed it this is a nice place but honestly the worst neighbors especially since you can hear everything!!
