This place is a joke I’ve lived here for almost two years and so much as changed .We’re definitely not renewing our lease management sucks and rude.policy’s change without the proper communication.
Visited a friend here and the grounds were very clean and well kept. Security gate is a nice touch but is a bit slow to open and close. Provides a nice deterant and some piece of mind I bet though. Covered car ports, assigned parking. Pool.
Looking to move and talked to some snotty woman over the phone. She explained the cost to hold an apartment--as I would not be available to move in for another month--and said I could not afford nearly $2k on top of my other costs of living and moving. She has the audacity and gall to tell me "then our apartments are just not in your budget." Biiiiiiiitch, I can afford $1.5K a month... just not almost $2k EXTRA on top of everything else right now. Just moved in about 2 weeks ago. So far I like the community and amenities. It's quiet, my dogs enjoy the fenced dog park, the pool is nice and I have enjoyed the complimentary coffee. Overall my experience has been decent so far. I have to say I did expect more.. Aside from the pros I just mentioned their are some cons.. First being the apartment was a lot more dirty than I had anticipated so I ended up having to clean a lot more upon moving in, before really unpacking.
