We purchased 3 yards of redwood chips with a delivery fee of $65.00. It was or be delivered between 1-3pm that day. At 4:00 we called and was told they had lost our order and it would be delivered by 8:00 the next morning. After calling several times and only getting a recording we finally reached them at 9:00 that morning and they said “ oh yeah I will load the truck right now”. That service sucks!!!
