I dealt with Tracy. What a traumatic time for me @ 86 yrs old to be dropped by Formost and left with Tracy. She took a very long time to let me know she was unable to cover my mobile home. I'm not a well person 😕 and find it strange to not be covered. Will call my auto insurance company to check if they will help me. Thanks for nothing folks!

This company is one of the worst insurance companies I've EVER come in contact with. It's impossible to get someone on the phone. Alot of errors are made the you the consumer are left paying for their mistakes/screw up!!! Please don't walk RUN away from them or you will truly regret it!!!!
