They have since taken over a property called Lakeshore at Hampton Center in Hampton, Virginia. The property was already full of issues beforehand. However, I have been a tenant a little short of a year. Recently with the temperatures of 90 and above and a heat advisory my AC unit has gone out. I have placed a work order two weeks ago. They allow the leasing offices in their apt complexes to hand out your home keys to random contractors without notice. If you get a notice it's from 9am-5pm to expect them so you could come out of the bathroom to a stranger in your home, a home that you're paying a ridiculous amount of rent for. Contractors only have to leave their drivers license in leasing office to get your key, no background check, no staff going with them, no check to see they are who they say. Horrible experience living in the apartments . Lot of Roaches . Me and my wife can’t sleep at night time . Roaches are running on the wall , in the kitchen , and the living room. Every where in the house . Management is very bad . I will never recommend anyone to stay at this property. Very disappointed and not happy at all
I have lived in this apartment complex for at least 15 years off and on. Acento is the worst property management owner I ever had since they took over 5 months ago. In order for tenants to refer people here you needs to start by not evicting people by the 10th of every month wait until the 25th of every month. Georgia is different than Maryland. Do not move to Northampton Reserve I contacted this company before and have not heard back from anyone so they don't care about what is going on at this place. I have lived out here for years and have seen a lot. From the apartments being so run down and infested with roaches to the staff being rude and loud. Anytime you go in the office it's like your walking into a club with the rap music and half the staff smelling like weed which is unprofessional.
