The patient care was decent. But these people abruptly denied that insurance did not pay the whole amount and refused to give back my $480 initial deposit. The insurance did pay the whole amount they were charged and said I don't owe the provider anything. I had to provide them the letter from insurance and even then they held back $75 saying that insurance did not pay for an x-ray. Did amazing work for me not sure what happend with everyone else
Had 7 implants done there for over 20 years and 3 locations....best price and always stood by their work. My implants and crowns still going strong!
During my visits Dr. D'alise was always at his best. Never experienced any pain at ACDI. The doctor did very good work for my issues. His staff was always courteous and Michelle was good at answering questions and arranging payment. I was very sad to hear about what had happened at ACDI. I hope the doctor comes out well. Some people have bad experiences with professional services providers. My experience with Dr. D'elise was positive. None of the dentists hired by Dr. D'alise could equal his skill.
