I was having some issues with weeds starting to sprout and Cody arrived two days after asking for a touch up. He explained exactly what he was going to do and got the job done quickly.
I had been with Acenitec and they got bought out by Barefoot. I have never had this much weed in my lawn before. When I called to complain they admitted that many of their customers were having the same problem and they used the wrong product or not the right quantity. They said it would take them 2 weeks to come out and spray again and won’t be issuing a refund for work they obviously did not do. Please avoid this company.
Cody was very professional and explained in detail what was being done/treated in my yard .
Always call with reminder and let’s me know in the way and if the weather is not good will ask would you like to come on out or reschedule. Easy to relate to him to let him the side gate will be unlocked and let’s me know he is on his way. Communicates with me on what is going on. Very nice service & all people are polite & nice.
