I would give 0 stars if I could. I saw a therapist there for 7 weeks before being told by my health insurance that although Acenda takes it, the therapist doesn't. Acenda matched me with a therapist and didn't bother to check that, or even mention it was a possibility. When I noticed that my claims were being rejected, they assured me it was a coding error and would be corrected. Nope. Their therapist just doesn't take my insurance. They told me they would connect me with another therapist at the practice almost a week ago. ... read more
Awful parking situation and rude workers
Heather my therapist is extremely intelligent, knowledgeable, thorough when explaining why. She is teaching me new tools to cope with anxiety without medication.
