Put all my eggs in a basket with this place. Since I’ve lost my home, relapsed and they can’t keep an appointment for anything. The therapist has just apparently bailed on me going through one of the worst times in my life. Not even sure what this place does at this point
If you’re looking for compassionate care or a rewarding place to work, Acenda is an excellent choice.
I would give 0 stars if I could. I saw a therapist there for 7 weeks before being told by my health insurance that although Acenda takes it, the therapist doesn't. Acenda matched me with a therapist and didn't bother to check that, or even mention it was a possibility. When I noticed that my claims were being rejected, they assured me it was a coding error and would be corrected. Nope. Their therapist just doesn't take my insurance.
