Their customer service call center reps are poor. They do not pick up the phone. Anticipate being on the phone for at least an hour if you have a simple billing question.
I tried using this place for I&R testing for convenience of not having to make an appointment for a lab blood draw. Ran out of supplies and had a hard time getting supplies ordered. It seemed I was getting a bill from them to pay weekly. I tried calling to get an explanation of what exactly I was paying for since their bills are very vague. My experience from day 1 with Acelis has been appalling. Acelis has made several mistakes beginning with onboarding me into their "program". Each time Acelis tried to turn their mistakes into additional tasks that I needed to complete. They have a rote program that follows a specific script and any deviation from their script creates havoc on their end. Acelis has transformed my life. My twin sister and I were born in October of 1949, prematurely & we had three conditions we did not discover until July, 2012. We were born weighing 3 lbs, with a patent foraman ovale, a hole in the heart, pa1, & antiphisoid antibody. I had to begin to go to the hospital twice a week in Nashville until my heart dr.
