We had them out to determine the critters in our attic. They said it was DEFINITELY bats and then provided an estimate of over $10,000 to remediate it. We got a 2nd opinion and they said it was red squirrels and set a few traps. 1 day later we had 1 squirrel caught. They went up into the attic more and said it DEFINITELY isn't bats. If we didn't get that 2nd opinion we would have just spent the money. How can they be so wrong?
Peace of mind My elderly aunt had a critter in her upstairs that was scaring her to death. My husband and I slept a couple nights on her couch to see if we could find it. Hearding fluttering, so suspected a bat, but we were unable to find and remove it. Ace found that it was several bats. They removed them and put screen on ventilation vents. Solved!
I do not recommend Ace Wildlife. 2 times they never showed up for their appointment. Both times no call no show even though I called.
RecommendedI needed to have raccoons removed from the attic of a home. Alex worked hard to resolve this issue. He was friendly, professional and always answered my questions and returned my phone calls quickly. I was very pleased with the services that were provided. He went above and beyond and did an outstanding job! Thank you, Alex!
Ashely did a great job again! We have used Ace twice and the get our little friends every time. She also repaired the damage to the corner of the roof!

My client utilized their service for Bat removal and the girl came out and did an estimate. Then claimed that there were additional fees to finish the job. Not only were the fees they charged 2x everyone else but they sealed up the outside and about a dozen bats ended up coming into the house. Very unprofessional in their bait and switch tactics.
