I am very disappointed at the level of professionalism this place showed. I called and made an appointment for Saturday 10am just to get there and the lights are off. I call the number and finally someone picks up. They try to say that my appointment is for Sunday and I said that was never the case. Anyway we agreed that I would come in for a complimentary massage Sunday (today) at 1:30p. I had a very good massage. Pauline listened when I told her I had a stiff neck and wanted attention on my neck. She really focused on my pain points and helped alleviate the pain. Bo Pauline admitted she really doesn't do deep tissue, I could tell she gave it her all and gave me as much pressure as she could, which definitely helped. It wasn't the hardest deep tissue massage I've had, but it certainly was helpful and a relief! The staff are friendly and accommodating. they have no running water. I had soap in my hands and had to wash them in the office sink while she poured water from a gallon. massage was ok.
Very hard to make appointment! It is hard to contactable. Poor communication and service attitude. Disappointed.
I've been coming here for 2 years now and really enjoy massages
