I want to give a huge thank you to Ace Towing, especially the manager Kim. Even though my girlfriend Brianna and her first met under rough circumstances, Kim went above and beyond to help us when we really needed it. She showed professionalism, kindness, and a willingness to step in . It’s rare to find someone in this business who truly cares, but Kim did. Because of her, I’ll always recommend Ace Towing ❤️
As a handicap senior, we attended Windsor town green last Thurs. July 10th. The majority attending were elderly since it was a tribute to Fleetwood Mac. All handicap parking was taken.So we parked in the entrance of the Oliver shopping center so we could walk a short distance. Ace towed our car. They charged us $485. saying prices are from the CHP. Secure and friendly vehicle storage facility.
Kimberly was amazing!! I can't speak for anyone else there at Ace Towing... but she was an absolute angel!! My car was towed on a Saturday night... couldn't pick it up Sunday because they were closed but when I went on Monday Kimberly gave me a huge break mostly due to my personal circumstances. She gave me a significant reduction in towing/storage fees. i stored my vehicle there fir 1 year and it all seemed fantastic but when i paid off my balance and picked up my car as i drive away i noticed something bad there was a freshly done human poop on my passenger seat, i knew it was fresh as i saw steam coming off it went to the nearby car wash and blasted it out of there with the high pressure wand hose then perfumed the area but its never been the same, i get anxious everytime someone sits there wasnt expecting that
