Our Driver was charged $825 to have a brake chamber replaced. The price was just wrong in every aspect. The part was $100 and the labor should have been 1 hour to 1.5 hours max. Trucking companies are their number one customers, but they are overcharging them which is unethical. We see this every day in the industry with tow services and mobile repair shops. He is rip off our driver dropped truck on December 22 for diagnostic and estimate came back on December 24 found our truck was fixed without work approval by the driver . changed turbo and air cooler and handle him a invoice for $12500 part and labour (42 hours) To change turbo like 2 days worked without and sleep .!!!!!!!!!!!
