Super fast service. called on Monday for a tree removal and it was done Tuesday wow! Great price too!
We just used them and they were excellent. 2 trees taken down, and a pruning of 100 foot tree as well- absolutely no complaints. Employees efficient, friendly and helpful. Owner also was a pleasure to deal with. and the cost extremely reasonable I would highly recommend. Renata, Oradell
Ken the owner is a real jerk. His workers damaged my car at a job. I asked them for a card to talk to owner and they told me to f. Off. Called the office and after a few calls ken told me the problem was my my fault and then told me to f.. Off. Tough guy on the phone. I wonder how he will do in small claims court. Probably never see any money either.
Don't go with this company. Like previous reviewers stated, they are unprofessional. The man never calls you back to finalize an agreement and expects for you to be ready by calling the day before as if anything was agreed upon. After telling him that I decided to go with another company due to his lack of confirmation, he called me an a-hole. Very insulting... He will be reported to the BBB.
I HAVE CALL THIS TREE SERVICE THINKING I LL SUPPORT THE LOCAL COMPANY. AFTER JOB WAS DONE WITH, I HAVE REALIZE I HAVE PAID HIM MORE THAN WE HAVE AGREED ON. SO I MADE 3 PHONE CALLS. I WAS TOLD THAT HE LL GET BACK TO ME. THIS NEVER HAPENED. AND I WAS TOLD YOU R ONE OF THOSE HUH!!! MAKING WHEELS AND DEALS the mony he ows me will not change both of our lives. BUT IT IS SIMPLE BUSSINESS COURTESY, INERGRITY,AND PRINCIPAL.
I had a tree limb in my back yard that I needed removed. I contacted a number of Tree Surgeons. However, some of them never returned my calls and the ones that came by to look at the tree gave me an outrageous price. A friend gave me Ken's number. I called him and a day later he stopped by and gave me a price. Two days later Ken and his staff removed the tree limb. They did an excellent job and his price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Ace Tree Surgeons. Pat M
very unprofessional on phone called to have a tree removed, woman told me that they were to busy before I could explain what I needed she hung up on me.
Ken gave us an estimate for his services and then assumed that he had approval to proceed, despite the fact that my husband and I were still in the process of receiving estimates from other companies. After receiving a message stating that his men would be at my home on a certain date to perform the work, I phoned the office and informed Jean of this miscommunication.
