I called for an estimate and was told by the "manager" that they couldn't give me an estimate over the phone...that she didn't want to "lie to me". She went on to admit that they'd not remanufacture MY transmission but get one "off the shelf". I said I understand there are variables but they ought to be able to give me a CLUE as to the price for the reman. transmission since it's DONE and a basic price to pull the old one, put in the new one and run a diagnostic... nope wouldn't do it even though there is a place to request ... read more
Worst transmission experience ever!! Drove my car to them with no problems other than trans not shifting right they drive it in to shop hook up they're computer and said car acted dead like no power ECT couldn't figure out why! Tried to tell me my car has electrical problems which never had a check engine light on ever! So basicly fried my computer and told me they aren't a repair shop come get it or it will be towed!
