Very helpful, friendly, and efficient.
Had a bad flat where the sensor in the valve pin broke in my tire (was unable to keep air in it) tried to bring it to the Tesla dealership where they offered a generous $600 quote to replace. Ended up going to American Tires, speaking with Des, where he advised all i needed was a replacement unit for the sensor and he could fix the issue. Cost a fraction of the cost, took less than an hour walking in to the door and out on my way and he was extremely knowledgeable about what steps were needed. Very helpful technicians. We got a good deal -- better than their competitors. The tires we got were lower price and higher mileage warranty. We also got alignment which was really needed. The price was fair.
