A service Technician is very knowledgeable regarding the repairs as well as very reliable and professional. The rate was reasonable also. I will continue to use them for my appliance repairs and would not hesitate to recommend Ace Appliance & Air Conditioning to anyone.
A service man showed up on time and was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He looked at the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. But took the time to explain what was causing the problem and how he was going to go about fixing it. Great service!

Ace team was simply great. Just over the phone they had a good idea as to what the problem might be. In this case, a possible water valve. When they came in after a few minutes, it was great to hear it wasn t the valve but just a loose water line connection. While guy was here, he also serviced the fridge as well. I would definitely recommend Ace team to others.
Once again Ace Appliance provided outstanding service for me. Appliance team came on time, made their diagnosis and repaired the problem immediately. They were very careful to clean up after themselves, and went beyond their duties as a repair team. I would highly recommend Ace Appliance, they are my go-to company.
Ace Appliance team was terrific. They set up an appointment and called a couple of times to ensure they didn t waste my work day waiting for them. They diagnosed the problem with my AC so quickly and efficiently. Then they found a cost cutting solution to repair it. Their business card is taped to the side of my AC now.
