Should be negative stars! After a month of back and for emails, exchanging documents and a TON of collaterals (many of them sent multiple times), Jeff said he would complete the paperwork in a couple of days. Then nothing for weeks. Crickets. When I emailed Jeff (for the third time!) asking for an update. He's once again said he will look and get back to me in a couple of days.
