Poor communication. Upon original conversation, I emailed drawings as requested, and never heard back from for over a week. Upon making follow up call, they declined to perform work. The lack of communication shows they aren't interested in new work!
I would recommend them in a heartbeat they do phenomenal work. Kimberly and Keith are really great that work there.
Best sheetmetal shop in Norfolk. Fast and friendly service. Prices are very reasonable. Special fabrication is no problem.
