Well as luck would have it.....we had a real emergency of course on a "Sunday". I called the 24 hour emergency line received a recording that they were not at their phone but leave a message and they'd call back. I left the details of the problem and guess what?? No call it's now almost noon. There goes their Emergency service!
I would highly recommend Ace. They are located 80 miles away, but were here within 2 hours from when we called them. The driver was very helpful and knowledgeable. He had a lot of knowledge as to how to keep the tank and drain field unclogged. Thank you so much Ace!!
Fast, quality service. We've used them twice in the last 3 years (the second time because we're selling the house). Both times the driver was professional and friendly. Easy to schedule and willing to work around my schedule.
