Has gone downhill in the past few months with new employees/employees that previously did not work as much, dogs offleash, individuals blocking the box so that others cannot enter in their asterisk number to get to their storage unit, individuals in vehicles texting by the number box by the exit so people with storage units have to deal with a blockade to exit, individuals blocking the hallways and the outside with items so it is difficult for people to get to their storage unit. Sue and her team are wonderful! I have used this particular facility on and off for years. Manager lives in site, which gives an added protection of safety to the renters at this facility. Highly recommend!
Visit this location please. Sue helped me set up everything and provided me with very professional service. The staff was friendly and patient, answering all my questions in great detail. In addition, they offer impressive and competitive prices for storage. Without a doubt, I will recommend this place to my friends who are also looking for storage and better protection of their property. The overall experience was so positive that I plan to return for future rentals if needed.
I was really surprised by how much cheaper this facility is compared to other storage companies. Was able to drive up to my unit with ease. Staff is very friendly, and didn't charge extra for a lock....no arguments about insurance. I wish I would have moved my stuff months ago. Property very clean, unit very clean. Oh....and I got a move in special....50% off. Also they have senior and military discounts on top of lower rent. This place rocks!
