Sarah was very kind and helpful. She gave quick service and noticed right away that the A.C. wasn't working in the building I got. She also made sure the unit was clean before moving my things in and was very helpful in programming both my phone and my friend's for opening the gate.

To start off to say I got on U-Haul's website to rent a truck to move my mother finding the website hard to navigate and not sure if I was able to reserve my U-Haul truck for the move this evening I finally got a response that said I had everything booked and I got a confirmation number they had me download that U-Haul app which is just as useless as the website so I was trying to check in to get my truck and the app will not work and I had a reservation at 7:00 p.m. thankfully Randy of Ace Self Storage rolled in I'm assumin... read more
