Great Place to Kepp your belongings – This store is a great location with a great manager. She is always there to help she is professional always. The place is clean well lit at night & very secure. Best Place for Storage In East County – I have been a customer for many years. The office manager is great. She has helped me a great amount of times. She is the best and always willing to help in any way she can. The facility is clean and secure. They added cameras over the past few years to insure the place is secure for the customers. I Highly Recomend this Storage Place to anyone!!! – We have been using this storage place for over 20 years. Our children have use this storage place and so have our friends. The people who run AYSP have always been the best, they are helpful, considerate and very nice. They have been extremly satisfactory for everything we need in storage. The facility is always clean. Great Facility – This is the place to go if you need storage. Ace has been in the area for well over 20 years. Always treat the customer right.
Not a good experience. – I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. I rented from them,and it was not a good experience. On one occassion the freight elevator to the second floor was broken (meaning we had to carry everything up a flight of stairs). They did say - "Oh,sorry about that." The second problem happened after I borrowed a truck and went to pick up some things, they had double locked one of my units. I highly recommend Ace Your Storage Place in Lakeside. Lot's of large ground level units to choose from. (If they have any available) Staff is always pleasant and treats me well. I have found it to be the best choice due to the cleanliness, price and people. You can go down the street to a newer facility, but will pay more.
