Secure, clean, and good prices.
Clean, efficient and new storage units. Philip did a great job of handling paperwork, payment and personally insured gate code worked and unit was cleaned out and ready. Reasonable pricing!
Not sure about the storage division as I've only been in the Ace Hardware there. My first visit I got the impression that they were genuinely good hearted people that really wanted to help you. I learned otherwise the second visit as I arrived shortly before closing. My warm greeting was replaced with " you have eight minutes!" That was the only four words spoken to me. INFESTED WITH MICE!! Thousands of dollars worth of items ruined. Furniture and boxes chewed through and destroyed. Sentimental items that can't be replaced...ruined. Live mice everywhere and dead mouse bodies; the whole unit is covered in urine and feces. The owner admitted he knew there was a rodent problem and did nothing to contact owners. The unit is supposed to be secured and climate controlled; everything inside is ruined. BEWARE OF THIS HORRID PLACE & IRRESPONSIBLE OWNER.
We rented 2 units 6 months ago. The facility looked clean at that time. We went to get our things this week and found the building has been infested with mice. We lost photos, books, clothes, sentimental items and sooo much more. It's disgraceful. If you have anything stored in Building B...you really should go and check.
