rude management. reserve a unit online, call to confirm - they do not call back. then after the 3rd call you finally talk to someone and they say you only have 3 days - I called the NEXT DAY and left a message. Find storage facilities elsewhere, this place is terribly managed.
Excellent response time. Had 2 units. Clean, safe- no issues.
My RV was stolen from this facility. They say they can't see anything on their security cameras and they have zero liability or insurance. This facility has ZERO security and is easily accessed from the highway. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VALUABLE RV. EDIT: After filing a police report, security camera footage was found. It does appear that the owners are now cooperating in the investigation. Apparently the thieves had scoped out the set-up ahead of time as they went directly to my unit.
