Very sweet customer service when they want to take your money for a rental unit and very accommodating about taking you on on a prorated basis your first month, but absolutely unwilling to give you a prorated refund if you leave in the middle of the month--even though you've given them more than a 30-day notice. They advertise they have limited storage units so you would think they would want an available one to re-rent. rude management. reserve a unit online, call to confirm - they do not call back. then after the 3rd call you finally talk to someone and they say you only have 3 days - I called the NEXT DAY and left a message. Find storage facilities elsewhere, this place is terribly managed.
Excellent response time. Had 2 units. Clean, safe- no issues.
My RV was stolen from this facility. They say they can't see anything on their security cameras and they have zero liability or insurance. This facility has ZERO security and is easily accessed from the highway. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR VALUABLE RV. EDIT: After filing a police report, security camera footage was found.
