Very flexible with my schedule Ace was very flexible about pick up and delivery with my crazy schedule. Everyone was polite. Rug still shows evidence of a small stain, but it had been on the rug a long time, so not sure it could be removed.

Best Cleaners for my Hand-Knotted Area Rug My wife & I purchased a hand-knotted wool rug that fits beautifully in our dining room. During our first Thanksgiving, a guest knocked over a freshly-poured (whole) glass of red wine. I thought my wife was going to have a heart attack. The first place we found was Ace. We called as soon as they opened, took the rug in, and they were able to get 100% of the wine out. Very happy with the service.
Just as promised We had the old fringe removed and new binding put on the ends of four older rugs. Everything came out just as promised, even a few days earlier than expected. Thanks!
