Ace has been good to work with. There was a concern. It was addressed and proper corrective action has taken place. Jason will stand by his work. He's local too.
From one business owner to another I do not like to leave bad reviews. Having that been said, as a business owner I make sure to provide a finished product that meets or exceeds client expectations. When I make a mistake, or someone I employ does so, I own it, and then I correct it. Promptly! Ace Roofing’s business paradigm differs from mine greatly, which is disappointing. After seeing their finished product on skylights and the aftermarket correction to the skylights I wonder if this was their first attempt at skylights.
Ace Roofing Services did a great job installing my roof. They were excellent and Doug did a great job explaining everything.
Ace has always been good to work with. Jason runs a tight ship. We have an issue that was quickly responded to and currently being addressed. Jason is taking full responsibility for the work his crew performed, which is encouraging.
