I had my roof completely redone back in 2016. There workmanship was top notch. They were very easy to work with and reasonably priced. I had a minor concern recently and Jason came out to review my concern and inspected my roof. He showed me pictures to ease any concerns I had. All checked out with out any issues other than some minor recaulking needed, which he took care of at no cost. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in future when a new roof is needed. Number one in my book!
Jason and his team are top notch. I had our complicated mansard roof which had ventilation issues among many other problems quoted by tons of companies in the fox valley area. Jason was extremely professional, fair priced, knowledgeable, and no pressure - he doesn’t need to pressure sell because his work speaks for itself. 2025 UPDATE - Jason took over business from Ted who retired. Jason is continuing the excellent level of service to the community. I had a very small repair required due to some chimney work by another contractor. Jason was very responsive and assessed the quick fix need and was back within a few days to take care of it. Ace has been good to work with. There was a concern. It was addressed and proper corrective action has taken place. Jason will stand by his work. He's local too.
From one business owner to another I do not like to leave bad reviews. Having that been said, as a business owner I make sure to provide a finished product that meets or exceeds client expectations. When I make a mistake, or someone I employ does so, I own it, and then I correct it. Promptly! Ace Roofing’s business paradigm differs from mine greatly, which is disappointing. After seeing their finished product on skylights and the aftermarket correction to the skylights I wonder if this was their first attempt at skylights.
