Ted came out quickly after my call to deal with some minor roofing issues found on the inspection of our new home. He gave great advice and fixed us up quickly. I would highly recommend them for any roofing repairs.
Communication was lacking. Once they were on it they did get it done with in 3 days from tear off to completion. When concerns were raised I felt kind of brushed off about it. In the end, I got a new roof before winter like they promised, and there are no leaks. Update through winter: roof is very uneven still and manger came out and said it looked fine. Paper fraying under shingles seen from ground and after trimming myself looks fine. Proceed with caution.
We are so highly pleased with Ace Roofing! Ted Wells went above and beyond to get us through the process smoothly. The roof was completed in less than 2 days. They worked from sunrise to sunset to complete the job and clean up was great! Teds communication with us was outstanding; always answering our calls and questions. The quality, professionalism and workmanship are excellent. I highly recommend Ace Roofing! Ted is your guy to call! He's the master when it comes to roofing!
We needed to expedite a new roof through our homeowners insurance in order to complete the sale of our house. Ted was great at helping us through the process and getting the roof done in time for closing. Appreciated that he was always available to answer a question. Crew on site was also professional and kept the site clean which doesn’t always happen with other crews.
