Our estimate was delayed due to an unfortunate mixup but the owner contacted me personally to apologize. We have not yet had the work done but it means a lot to receive an apology and a well-assembled estimate at long last.
I recently had a fantastic experience with Ted. He went above and beyond-quickly addressing a roofing issue and providing a solid temporary fix that will hold us over until we can replace the roof next year.
