I called Ace to have a shingle replaced that had been ripped off my roof in a windstorm and Ted came out first thing the day after we spoke. He not only inspected the damaged shingle and made sure everything was water safe while we wait for warmer weather to replace the shingle but he also gave my whole roof a once over. He took the time to walk me through what he saw and he wasn't pushy at all about needing a new roof or trying to upsell larger repairs. I hired this company to work on my roof, and I’m disappointed with the results. The roof lines are noticeably not straight, which was one of the main things I expected to be done correctly. I brought up my concerns after the job was finished, which they came out and "fixed" which still looks awful. Based on my experience, the workmanship did not meet the level of quality I was expecting. I hope the company improves their attention to detail and customer support.
Due to a prior estimate delay, Ace offered to fix a few issues with our roof at a discount. Roofers came to look then said they would return at a later date. Communication has been chaotic and disorganized and they have not kept themselves in the loop let alone us. We waited for them to perform the repairs when we should have just found somebody else rather than deal with this nonsense.
