We had our single-family home roof in Paradise Valley replaced this summer by Ace and found them very responsive, professional, proficient, and a pleasure to do business with. I particularly liked how efficient their crew did the work, spanning two half days, and Trevor was very helpful in explaining and answering all questions on site. There was one oversight noticed only after they left but Ace, to its credit, came back and fixed the problem. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Ace.

Ace roofing replaced our roof within weeks of contacting them and did a fantastic job. The final result looks perfect, and they replaced the copper gutters better than new. We have recommended them to our friends. The project manager, Cody, was particularly helpful and professional. We wish that it were possible to give more than five stars.

If you’re in need of anything roofing related, look no further. Ask for Kyle and he’ll get you squared away. And I’m not saying that because we share a namesake, he is genuinely top tier and will do whatever he can to help you out. True story: we have an older roof and in a recent rain storm, I had water leaking into the house and I called Kyle. In the pouring rain, Kyle zipped up the ladder to help assess the situation. Five years ago, I contacted ACE Roofing for a leak in a difficult-to-repair location. Immediate response and a superb, expertly executed repair. This year, I decided to have my 21 year old roof replaced. Ace Roofing LLC has been a pleasure to work with! Their customer service is top notch, especially Kyle, who truly went above and beyond to earn our business! Our roof was leaking and when Kyle came out to do the quote, he put a temporary patch on to seal up our roof until we could get them out to do the full job. It's rare in this day and age to find a business that truly puts the customer first, but Ace Roofing does just that! I definitely highly recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done!
