Ian has been supportive from day one. He helped guide me through the insurance process and was able to help me figure out shingles and how to get my roof repaired quickly and without struggle. He was very kind and good to work with arrived on time and follow through with what he said he was going to do.

We had a leak around a window, and I was out of the state working. My wife call in the Morning, and spoke with someone. By 9am Ian had called and made an appointment to come and take a look. A few hours later he was at our house. He fixed the leak and was professional. Assured my wife if the problem continues he will come back and fix it. Very nice people, easy to work with, and very helpful. Prompt and answered their phone.

The phone was answered first thing in the morning and I was assured I would have someone get in contact with me before lunch. Sure enough an employee called shortly after 9am! Ian was communicative and even arrived a little early. He was professional, knowledgeable, and fixed the leak in no time. He even offered to go in my miserable attic to see if there was any water damage up there! Overall fantastic customer service. Such a breath of fresh air! We will absolutely be using and recommending them in the future!
