I want to share my disappointing experience with Ace Roofing in Fairbanks. They redid my roof over two years ago, and since then, I've had nothing but problems. The vapor barrier they installed has holes, leading to frost and mold issues. When I reached out to them for a fix, they refused to take any responsibility, claiming it's due to excessive moisture inside the garage and that it's built too tightly. Ace was on time, had fall protection on site and did a great job.
If I could put a 0 star review I would. I read reviews about how quick Andre was to come and give quotes so I called and he came out 2 days later to check out what I needed done. It has now been 3 months and I still don't have an estimate... I have called over and over speaking with the receptionist and Andre himself that I was still waiting. Being able to get ahold of someone in this company is hard enough but when Andre says "give me 20 minutes and I will call you back" and then still doesn't call back. Then today I see hi... read more
