Ace’s crew replaced my shake-shingle home with asphalt shingles. They coordinated timing and completed the work professionally, and promptly. They met, and in part exceeded, our expectations. I want to share my disappointing experience with Ace Roofing in Fairbanks. They redid my roof over two years ago, and since then, I've had nothing but problems. The vapor barrier they installed has holes, leading to frost and mold issues. When I reached out to them for a fix, they refused to take any responsibility, claiming it's due to excessive moisture inside the garage and that it's built too tightly.
