After thorough research we used Ace for a total roof replacement. We found them on Angie’s List where they had won Super Service Awards for going above & beyond. Jarrell was obviously experienced and knowledgeable and was the reason we chose them. They were professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommend. (As a follow up, they came out years later after a 4’ board was falling off the roof… turns out a painter had left it there while shielding the shingles from white paint. Have had Jarrell and team replace 3 roofs on 3 seperate houses, now that the warranties have expired they will not return our phone calls. Have spent over $45k with them and still no customer service. They do not stand behind their work! BUYER BEWARE!
