I hired Ace Roofing to repair my roof last year and now in the exactly place they repaired has mold and liquid. I called them to fix it but they want to charge me again. Pay attention in their contract before hiring them
This guy Joe and his brother John (Bill) are predators looking to make money from unknowledgeable and innocent home and business owners having roof-leak issues. They are all about the sale and zero about the actual work and its quality. They just make up warranty times without any genuine desire to uphold the warranty they promise, so you will hire them.
