Hired Bob to resurface two tubs in October 2019. One week later one tub resurfacing was peeling, and in both tubs cracks returned. Bob won't return calls, texts or emails, and has removed his website. Take your business elsewhere, but do NOT do business with this company.
November 2016 Bob from Ace Resurfacing from Rolla,MO refinished my Porcelain Bath Tub with a 5 year Warranty as stated per website and verbally. Bobs demeanor was pleasant and when scheduling for initial job he was prompt and timely. In 2017 the tub started peeling around the tub caulk lines and flooring caulk lines. In 2018 it started chipping at the bottom of the tub. In 2017 I contacted Bob by phone twice and rescheduled to have it touched up.
