Called this afternoon to see if he worked on Surface Pro computers. Discussed the problem that I was having over the phone and said bring it in and he will look at it. Not only did he take time out of his day to help me on spot, he told me what I needed to purchase to fix the problem and sent me a link for the item. Grateful for his time and knowledge. I highly recommend giving ACE a call.
