When I first moved in, I couldn’t get gas turned on. The gas company told me ACE needed to have an inspection done. They failed the inspection twice to my knowledge. After nearly a month of living there with no gas or hot water, they finally passed the inspection. Shortly after I had moved in I noticed they had a roach problem and called about it. By far the WORST PROPERTY management that I have dealt with. I place my $900 deposit in good faith that they were cleaning and making necessary repairs. the day I moved in electricity in half the house did not work. i also asked the Friday (the 29th) before the first if I could get the keys to bomb the home, I was told I could get the keys if I paid $90. on top of the $900 first month rent. Our experience with Ace Rental Management has been very difficult and disheartening. They are very dishonest in their practices, do not work well with tenants (very unprofessional), and the owner of the home we rented is trying to find a new rental management company. We returned our property in better condition than we received with documentation to validate this statement, had to make repairs to the property at our own expense because they refused to send out a repair person as per our lease agreement, and were blatantly l... read more
