I experienced a gross lack of customer service at the location in Hartsfield Jackson airport.The staff is rude and need comprehensive training. Simple questions regarding the rental were met with condescension. As a result, I will not be using this company again.
Agent informed me there is no N Charleston location, that they only serve North Carolina.
Price was OK. They charged an extra 300.00 to rent the car. It was charged in one minute. Still waiting 2 and 1/2 weeks for refund. my credit card is asking for full payment plus 300.00. They steal that money and put it in there piggy bank.
