Great customer service
I made a car reservation for a week through Priceline, which included insurance. When I went to pick up the car at this place, I was told that I needed to pay $40 a day for their insurance coverage because they did not accept Priceline insurance. So, they refused to let me take the car. I called customer service and they refused to issue a refund because they claim that I did not show up. I filed a claim with my bank and the claimed that the service was rendered, so these scammers stole $328 from me.
