You lose your $500 deposit if you leave their 3 state territory. Total BS!
DO NOT RENT FROM HERE!!! NON-REFUNDABLE Just lost over $300 If I could leave no stars I would. They tried to say we had to pay a $500 deposit before we could get the car even though my husband booked and paid for the car in advance and there was nothing on the site we booked it through about a deposit. The guys working were very rude and unprofessional and the little building they were in smelled like weed. You could tell they were high and couldn't care less.
