Not happy first time here and I dont think I want to go back. The car I got was not what I expected. It had visible damage. The second day I found things in there that was not mine and also it was not fully clean. I contact the office and was told to go over to the location, which I did only to be told that it was OK not to worries about it. This place was amazing! Price was so inexpensive I dont know why anyone would pay a higher price. I must admit I was nervous from the reviews. We had no problem checking in or.out. No problem with the car or the shuttle. The gentleman on the way back even took us back to the airport (I felt so bad I didnt have any cash-so please make sure you do). The only negative i had was the lady that checked the car out of the rental she was sassy and thought the her disrespectful attitude was ok if she laughed and smiled. Not funny and... read more
Herbert, and van pick up driver to ACE were awesome. They were professional and business like. Cars were clean and ran well. The only negative because the return process was really efficient, is getting from the airport to the rental location is about 40 minutes to an hour. Once you are there it is a normal, efficient car rental process!! Herbert was excellent and listened well.
First time renting car in LA and Junior has been very friendly and helpful. He set a good day for our trip. Highly recommended!
