I had a VERY BAD experience with this ACE rent a car!!!! I rent the car with other rental companies for so many times which went so smoothly and easy with my insurance. For ACE rent a car, they said they don't take my insurance at first, BUT I clearly know about my insurance which will cover my rental all across the US. I debated with them andblastly, ask me to talk with the insurance company to ask them to have verbal confirmation with them which take 30 mins to have it done.
