Far from great is right! No rental car place should have wait times like this 45 in line, than another 45 for the vehicle! They don’t have enough people working here And shouldn’t be trying to accommodate near as many people they are! Terrible service. Unprofessional service, questionable insurance policies, and damaged vehicle If you are traveling from out of town, please think twice before using this ACE Rent A Car location. My experience here was unacceptable for several reasons: * Questionable & Unclear Insurance Policy: I brought proof of my personal auto insurance from Massachusetts to apply to the rental.
