We manage a grocery store in Coralville and have been working with Ace for ~20 years when repairs are needed. A month ago our freezer broke down, so we called them to repair immediately. They came and the problem was the same part that fixed by them earlier in the Spring. We had a one year warranty so we asked them to repair it for us. We were driving on I-80, there was an accident on the left side and we moved to merge into the right lane, there was plenty of space to get in and one of your employees driving a pickup truck number 18 was very aggressive, tailgating us, he followed us for several miles cursing and threw an object at my truck, when he saw my wife take out her phone to film him, he braked and stopped following us. Tech came in and started working on cooler that was working and full of product. Then said wasn't working right because water was in tray. Took tray out and bumped water all over floor.Told him the cooler across from it that was empty and not lit was the one that was not working. As he proceeded he said one thing needed fixed. Then said another thing. Kept going then said compressor. That was fine but if I would have said yes the cost would have been $2000.00 . Had it repaired for $600.00. Great company to work with. They truly care about their customers
