-Took months to get anything fixed. It was pretty much hit or miss if they would actually get anything done. -Terrible customer service. They will inform you that YOUR NEEDS are NOT important. -Consistently did not follow through with promises. When asked about the status of an issue at the home, they would reply with a rude response. -Either their communications skills were terrible or they simply did not pay attention to details. These people are so rude. We were only in our rental 7 months. The house had so many issues that never got fixed and they didn’t care. Upon move in the house was absolutely dirty, they saw no issue with it. I had to scrub everything before moving our things in. The two woman do not care about anything. We had a long list of things that needed to be fixed during the initial inspection, nothing ever got fixed and then they decided to charge us for things that we had no control over.
