Ever since *******PM took over The Meadows ** ******** ***s in Dallas Tx the complex has gone to the Dogs!! All Tenants were left without Running Water from Thursday before Christmas until Tuesday after Christmas! The Manager Shay Sanchez did nothing to help Us The Tenants until that Tuesday after Christmas. Some Tenants went to Channel 5 News to report this situation!! Water leaks Ceiling falling in on some Tenants! A lot of Angry Tenants and still No Help..
We rented a house from Key City Property Management from March 2021 - October 2022 and had consistently horrible experiences. We had possums in our attic and it took almost 5 months for Key City to contact contractors to catch the possums. They failed to resolve the root cause in patching up the area where the animals were entering for over 3 months and sent out lazy contractors who refused to fix the issue until we complained enough as tenants. They don't even deserve 1 star. It's pathetic the way they ignore their tennents request for repairs. Key City properties in Abilene Texas is nothing but a con. Pay rent or face penalties. File a work order and it never gets taken care of. They should be ashamed and thrown in jail for ignoring peoples cry for repairs. Holes in floors, walls, rotten wood for porches, and don't even get me started on the trailer park street. And the amount they charge for rent should land them in court.
