I am writing this as a tenant renting one of the properties managed by this company, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. During my lease, there was a flood in the basement caused by a thunderstorm—something completely out of my control. Have yet to have our dishwasher to be replaced as of last year NOV2020. Sure offered to do it myself, but their rapid telephonic response is non-existent, and now that the virus precautions are being lifted then maybe they might come and do their eff’ing job. I have today that they have turned themselves around and I’m happier with the service they provide now.
