I could go in to so many things during the time I lived in a house they so-called management but I will leave to just that.

Steve is hands down the best landlord I’ve ever had.
This company is run by SLUM LORDS, at best. They purchased a home over a year ago that they have yet to even change the locks on! They have rented it TWICE with the locks in tact from THREE RENTERS AGO. Smh. Watch out for this company.
I’ve rented this property for three years, after Josie venture sold the property it has been nothing but chaos and ever sense, I’ve apparently been behind in rent,breaking things etc but never once had problems with the previous owner. they say people talk bad because it could be because they got evicted and don’t pay their rent but now I’m starting to see that this rental property is problem.
