Honestly This HOA does not deserve even ONE start review. The have implemented parking changes and don't have the rules figures out. They have obtained images of parking garage when they legally cant but, people are complying to their rules because they have to park their cars. They have limited how many hours one can have guest to their home. They are doing this by putting limit of 60 hours per house to guest parking. No response whatsoever. I’ve been emailed them about questions but never email me back. When I called them, my call just got transferred and eventually got lost. Terrible management company.
Literally the worst management experience ever. The phone number listed on their website is bogus and apparently takes you to a person who tells you “someone will be out there today” in emergency situations but have no clue what they are saying. Their maintenance lady Christina or Christine or whatever her name is is probably the most unpleasant person I have ever spoke to and said she doesn’t want to do her job because it’s a Friday.
