This HOA is the worst management company in CA. They have poor communication and do not respond to emergencies whatsoever. They also single residents out depending on if the board members are directing them to do so. They have no moral compass and are completely unethical. They will tow your car with a pass in it, make you come out of pocket and then when you try to investigate they completely ignore you!
