I left the rental home clean from top to bottom and completed the cleaning items that were requested. I was still charged over $345 for a cleaning service. Based on my experience, I feel the cleaning fee was unfair. I left that house clean from the top to the bottom. Everything was done that they requested. And they still charged me over $300 for a cleaning service. They took my money just to take it. I do not recommend renting from them. There’s no point in even cleaning the rental because they’re gonna take your money for it anyway. Best Value Cleaning Services does NOT show as a valid licensed business in rapid city and the phone on invoice did not work. I asked for phone number and got hung up on by Michelle the Office Manager.
Tyler and Rachel were both very helpful and professional… kind and understanding… and trusting. Highly recommend. Good people.
Many attempts to reach out, week days, day time and left messages over and over. No one ever reached back out. We were very interested in many of the homes listed. Disappointed.
