Ace property management managed my duplex at Haines Ave for about 4 years and are very honest hard working people. I never had complaints from my tenents and were quick to take care of any urgent issues with the houses.
My experience with Rachel was unprofessional and frustrating. After I inquired about a rental property on facebook marketplace, the price was suddenly raised by $100. Which didn’t affect us because we already pay 1,700+ at our apartment and receive BAH as a military family. But it was odd nonetheless. We recently moved out of a townhouse managed by Ace Property Management in Box Elder, off Radar Hill Road. Ace took over management about two months before we moved out, and during that short time, they made a significant difference. Prior to their management, the property was in poor shape, with overgrown weeds and grass, and dumpsters surrounded by old furniture and garbage.
