They helped us find a place. I was told by Cheryl that if I had any issues to contact her. My Landlord is very friendly with her and the landlord is not following through with her responsibilities layed out in the lease. I was told by Cheryl to do whatever the landlord is supposed to be doing. All my landlord wants is the rent every month and not to do anything required in the lease. No help whatsoever from them!
Make sure you ask them everything and get every detail/info before you move in with them and good luck getting hold with them over phone

So my spouse and her elderly mother live in a unit on Baldwin Ave and for a year they've been asking to have the basement fixed there's cracks in the foundation that Leak when it rain's and the hot water tank blew up and the hot water just kept pouring out flooding the basement to the point where there is white and black mold everywhere all over their personal belongings that's all destroyed.... so I'm going to help them and get in contact with the city of Cornwall and get this situation delt with and take Ace Property to ci... read more
