Im still a tenant with Ace Property since 2018 and sadly my experience—especially this past winter—was difficult. For three winters my unit was extremely cold, and this year my furnace didn’t work properly for two months. They sent someone out 9 times, but the problem still wasn’t fixed. Very reliable
I'm paying a lot of rent but now have no privacy in my back yard or even to sleep at night do to kids being loud all through the night. A fence needs to be put up or something else need to be done. I'm so unhappy as I'm paying quite a bit for rent and have to deal with day and night loudness. Do something about this now
