Paid $65 and server said “address was bad.” They wanted more money to locate individual but couldn’t guarantee success locating individual nor that documents will be delivered before court date deadline. I eventually located person I was suing using WhitePages for a fraction of the cost ($19.99). Do yourself a favor and use WhitePages reverse phone lookup.
Very rude. I need a person to be personally served and this business wants to subserve the spouse. I had to restrain each one individually. When I questioned it she rudely told me to call someone else because she’s been doing this for 40 years. Wow. No customer service
I needed someone to help me with my divorce paperwork because I had no clue what to do on my own. I knew I needed a process server to serve the paperwork, but I also was having trouble understanding the instructions on the actual paperwork. He answered all my phone calls, my emails, answered all my questions in a timely manner! He helped me prepare for court so i could be ready with proper documentation at my hearing.
