Ace has a great selection and helpful people. I purchased lighting for my home and they helped tremendously with the selection. Linda in the somers point store goes above and beyond. Well worth going to a local business I am reading the reviews from previous years and I did not find this behavior at all. Immediate response and quite helpful.
Found the parts service employee to be extremely rude and unwilling to help. Ended up finding the grab bar bushing I need for my fiberglass shower/tub at Home Depot. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone
Customer service, or lack thereof by the guy in the parts department on a Saturday morning, was stunningly bad. Almost felt guilty asking for help with a part!
