Tried getting help for a bathroom exhaust fan. That I knew they did not sell. Explained the situation to the heavy set man behind the counter to see if he can suggest anything including maybe one of their products. But I didn't even get a "how can I help you today" just head shakes and shoulder shrugs. I would have been better served by a kiosk. Unbelievable how they can hire individuals like this!
